COLGATE APP - Dentists for Me
When the Covid-19 lockdown was enforced in India, many services were deemed ‘non-essential’, including dental care. Colgate believes every individual has the right to dental care, so we launched Dentists For Me. This first-of-its-kind app, helped us mobilise Colgate’s huge network of dental care experts, so that people could consult them from the comfort of their homes.
Within six weeks, Dentists For Me was downloaded 59k times. People were happy to consult dental care experts safely, while dentists too loved the challenge of going out of their comfort zone and interacting with patients from different parts of the country. This pilot platform will soon be adapted by Colgate in their lead markets, in rest of Asia.
